Our society has developed highly mechanically, especially in the field of the information media.  We call it “IT” revolution.  “IT” means Information Technology.  Mass media are boosting every day as if we would fall fatally behind the times if we keep away from the computer.  I’m rather against such manner of this today.  I think it’s something like the poor who were invited to a gorgeous Vikings party (a buffet-style party).  They easily lose their behavior and repeat their round trip between their corner and the center dinner table with their dishes filled with luxury and expensive food. They do not pay attention to the capacity of their stomach, and finally the left the party with their table filled with the food un-eaten.  The capacity of our brains has nothing to do with the “down-load speed of the Internet. Too much information is as meaningless as too little of it for the ordinary people.

　Do you know the word “virtual reality”.  By means of the computer graphics, young men can enjoy imaginary experiences in the DVD video or something like that, as if they are in the adventure world, or as if they were terminators in the street fighting. They themselves are always safe from the pain or agony. They just triggered and fire the guns against enemies, because they do not feel the pain or terror of others who are shot to death.

　Almost every corner of the streets, we find so-called “KONBINI”, it is really convenient for people of double-income family or the persons who work till midnight.
Senior high or junior high students are sitting directly on the road in front of the shops,
with snack in their hands. They want to eat now, just now, they can’t wait to eat any more. Being untidily dressed is a kind of fashion of them.

　Ethical training and moral lessons in the school should be restored before disruption of the society. If they reject volunteer activities, we should support teachers and counselors to make them compulsory.  We cannot depend of the liberalism of morality any more.  A lot of the people take “freedom” for “liberty”.

　Otherwise, juvenile delinquency will increase constantly, Child abuse arrests swell constantly.  And the abuse easily turns to be the massacre, again and again, more and more.

　People are irritating, they are running out of patience. We should know that we are
blessed so much already today, and try to enjoy ourselves with what we have now.
Why don’t we turn off the TV, power off the portable telephone and be free from them to
think for yourself sometimes.
